Thank you for shopping with Advanced Traffic Control Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
All sales on shop orders (including but not limited to traffic control equipment, safety gear, and accessories) are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason once an order has been processed and shipped.
2. Exchanges
We will gladly offer an exchange for shop orders if:

The product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The wrong item was shipped.
To qualify for an exchange:

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and shipping the replacement.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom or special-order items.

Clearance or sale items.

Any item returned without prior authorization.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item for exchange. If the exchange is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
