  • Fees and payment terms

  • Customer responsibilities, including care, use, and return of equipment

  • Liability for loss, damage, or theft of equipment

  • Late fees and replacement costs

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Advanced Traffic Control Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Traffic Control Services disclaims liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or rented equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Traffic Control Services, its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or rented equipment.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Rental Terms (Specific Conditions)

In addition to the Terms and Conditions:

  1. Minimum Rental Period

    • All equipment rentals require a minimum rental period of 4 consecutive days.

    • If the equipment is returned earlier, the full 4-day minimum rental fee will still apply.

  2. Rental Period and Charges

    • Rental charges begin on the date the equipment is delivered or picked up and continue through the agreed rental period.

    • Extensions beyond the agreed rental period must be approved by us in writing and may incur additional charges.

  3. Payment Terms

    • Payment is due as specified in your rental agreement. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee if not received by the end of business day on the due date.

  4. Equipment Care and Return

    • Renter is responsible for equipment while in their possession and will be charged for any damage, loss, or theft at 100% of replacement cost.

    • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

  5. Card on File

    • Renter agrees to maintain a valid credit card on file for payment. Updates to the card must be provided at least 2 business days prior to a scheduled payment.
